Our survey and research guru, McKenna is a data science specialist who plans, implements, and publishes annual pay and benefit surveys. She also creates custom surveys for employers of diverse sectors. McKenna loves digging into the details to deliver high-quality, highly-valid survey results. She also provides Affirmative Action Plan support.
McKenna earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Data Science from Willamette University. In her free time, McKenna can be found with a book or knitting needles in her hands. McKenna is a part of our sister association, Cascade Employers Association.
